A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 12, 2015, the Defendant committed a crime within the Defendant’s passenger car, the victim C and D, who was parked in the Busan Northern-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, Seoul, with a loan from a savings bank, used 20% of the loan from the savings bank to carry on the business and the remainder of 80% of the loan from the savings bank, and the savings bank loans will be repaid in full.

1. As seen, the Plaintiff made a false statement to the effect that the Plaintiff was “.”

However, the defendant did not have any income at the time and thought that most of the victims would be used for the cost of living, so that the savings bank did not have the intent or ability to repay the victims' loans.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by deceiving the victims as above, had the victims C borrow a loan of KRW 10 million from the OBS Savings Bank on its job, and received KRW 8 million from the victims D in cash, and had them borrow a loan of KRW 8 million from the OBS Savings Bank on the job, and received KRW 6.4 million from the victims D in cash.

On October 14, 2015, the Defendant committed a crime within the Defendant’s passenger car, the victim C and D, who was parked in the Busan Northern-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, Seoul, with a loan from a savings bank, used 20% of the loan from the savings bank to carry on the business and the remainder of 80% of the loan from the savings bank, and the savings bank’s loan will be repaid in full.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by deceiving the victims as above, got the victims C to get a loan of five million won from the savings bank by collecting the victims from the said place, received 4 million won from the savings bank, and let the victims D receive 3 million won from the savings bank.
