A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 29, 2006, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million by a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Busan District Court, and KRW 4 million by a fine on October 31, 2014 at the branch court of the Busan District Court, the Busan District Court issued a summary order of KRW 4 million by a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving).

Although the Defendant had had a record of driving drinking two times or more as above, around April 3, 201, the Defendant driven B rocketing vehicles with approximately KRW 1k-m alcohol concentration of 0.139% in the blood alcohol concentration at the same military light-ro, 46-1 Samsung real estate, in the Busan-gun plane captain Eup market around April 3, 2018.
