B On February 7, 2014, the Ulsan District Court sentenced one year to imprisonment for the crime of occupational embezzlement, which became final and conclusive on August 21, 2014.

B served as the representative director of I, a superior company established for the purpose of preparing and arranging coming-of-age, marriage, funeral and ancestor worship, etc. in Ulsan-gu H around September 1994, and Defendant A, from around 2000, has been serving as a director of the above company.

B around February 2009, the above company ordered the defendant A to seek a person to make an investment in money due to the current financial conditions of the company, and the defendant A attempted to make an investment in accordance with the direction. On May 2009, the defendant A conspired to receive an investment on the condition of high-rate profit distribution, along with the monthly salary of high-income which is difficult to pay continuously by the victim during the process of the defendant B and the company.

A, on June 1, 2009, at the “L A restaurant” located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, the first day of June, 2009, the victim stated to the purport that “I, a commercial company accompanying the inside, is a company with approximately KRW 1.2 billion in its assets; even if only the ordinary assistance fees of the same month are paid up to KRW 150 million, it is a company with a strong balance of KRW 1.5 billion in its assets; if the Act on the Installment Transactions between Cho Mann and Mann, is amended, and it is necessary to deposit KRW 300 million in its capital, this money shall be deposited in the bank; if it is invested in KRW 30 million, it shall not be deposited in the bank; and it may not be known that approximately 30% of the ordinary assistance fees should be deposited in the bank; if investing KRW 300 million in the amount of KRW 300,000,000 in each month, the director shall be paid KRW 500,000 per year,00.”
However, the above company is about 1.2 billion won as of the end of 2006.
