The defendants are each crimes listed in attached Tables 1 and 2 No. 1 and 2 of the List of Offenses in the judgment of the defendants, and 2.1.1.1.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 28, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Incheon District Court on June 28, 201, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on January 5, 201.
1. Around March 2010, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim D to the effect that “The Defendant shall obtain the house of his child in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, and the security deposit is required.” The Defendant made a false statement to the effect that there is an apartment in the New Gain of Gangwon-do, the Plaintiff owned a new apartment in the Incheon Family dong, and the Plaintiff also owns a loan of 100 million won for a term deposit in the Incheon Hanam-dong, and that the Plaintiff borrowed money to the Agricultural Cooperative.” The Defendant borrowed money of KRW 3 million for lending KRW 3 million.
However, in fact, the Defendant did not have apartment units owned by the Defendant in the New Ironwon and the Incheon Family Complex of Gangwon-do, and did not have KRW 100 million, but did not have an intention or ability to complete payment even if he borrowed money from the victim, as well as the Plaintiff did not have an apartment unit owned by the Defendant.
As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, was given KRW 3 million in cash from the victim, who was in his seat.
In addition, from around that time to April 7, 201, the Defendant received a total of KRW 32,077,777 on five occasions as shown in attached Table 1.
2. On September 28, 2009, the Defendant, at the victim E’s home, the mother of the above D, located in Seo-gu Incheon, lent money to the victim “I wish to lend money to the child. However, the defendant is true in Gangwon-do and Incheon.
