Punishment of the crime

The Defendants forged the identity card of E, one inf, and the owner of real estate, provided the relevant real estate as collateral and got a third party to get a real estate collateral loan in the name of the third party, and then made it possible for the Defendants to divide the profits from crime by immediate encashing the loan from the bank.

Accordingly, between July 2013 and November 13, 2013, the Defendants offered that Defendant B will lend the name of loan to the owner of Pyeongtaek-si G land, and that Defendant A, upon deposit in the name of the nominal owner, issued various documents necessary for lending, such as a forged identification card and a certificate of personal seal impression, to the employees of the bank directly or through Defendant B, issued by the government office, and sought the intent to obtain the above real estate loan as security, and then, the I’s representative director, who found the above real estate, provided that “I will receive the loan as security, and will provide the convenience to use the land as security after developing the real estate as security part of the loan as security.” The Defendants offered the loan to the owner of Pyeongtaek-si G’s loan to the owner of the loan, and then delivered the loan to the owner of the loan 90% of the lender’s loan to the owner of the loan to the owner of the loan to the owner of the loan to the owner of the loan to the Defendant’s resident registration certificate in order to prepare for the forgery and H’s name.
