Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a program for domestic violence for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On December 25, 1988, the defendant is between the victim C (V, 47 years of age) and the married couple, and is the father of the victim D (V, 25 years of age) and E (17 years of age).

1. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (Intimidation against groups, deadly weapons, etc.);

A. On March 4, 2011, at the Defendant’s residence located in Ulsan-gun F, Ulsan-gun, the Defendant: (a) completed the Victim C’s work and showed her power; (b) led the Victim’s her head outside of the house, leading the Victim’s her head to the outside of the house, and led the Victim’s her hand, which is a dangerous object outside the house (13 cm in daily length), led the Victim’s head, and threatened the Victim.

B. Around August 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the Defendant’s residence in Ulsan-gun G apartment operating 507, in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun; (b) had the Defendant requested the other party to reach an agreement due to the contact accident occurred in the said apartment parking lot; (c) threatened the victim C’s knife of the knife on the part of the knife, which is a dangerous object located in the main room in the said apartment; and (d) threatened the victim C’s knife of the knife with the knife at the top of the knife (18cc in the knife length); and (e) threatened the victim’s knife (13cc in the length of the day) and the victim’s head.

C. On October 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) 507, and (b) fluencing out of the above G apartment operation 507; and (c) fluencing out of the outside, expressed and fluencing the dissatisfaction against the ordinary victim C; and (d) flucing the victim into a knife (18cc in the blade length) which is a dangerous thing at the kitchen; and (b) flucing the victim as a brut.

On April 4, 2015, the Defendant, around 22:40 on the ground that the said G apartment operation 507 around April 22, 2015, and on the ground that the said G apartment operation was not properly arranged, D, on the ground that: (a) the Defendant took a bath, such as “I have come to know about this weather, I have come to know about it,” and (b) the Defendant would bring about alcohol to D, who is his father, and (c) was administered less.
