Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, only 10 days shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to run a motor vehicle management business shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not make the above registration, from around 07:00 on August 16, 2014 to around 19:00 on the same day, operated a motor vehicle management business, such as taking 400,000 won from C at the neighboring house price of the C, 100,000 square meters in the C, which was around the 10-day Sinsung-si 10,000, in order to receive 400,000 won from C, and conducting a d-verification color color coloring operation of the hazardous car in front of the head of the D-style car.
