Punishment of the crime

No one shall design, produce, distribute, or provide for the public to use a system that issues sports promotion voting rights or things similar thereto through an information and communications network.

1. Around October 2013, the Defendant violated the National Sports Promotion Act (replacement, etc. of gambling) relating to the C website received a request to design and produce a private sports soil site in the coffee shop located in the Southern-dong of Busan, Jung-gu, Busan, for a total of KRW 16.7 million from the 30th of the same month to May 16, 2014.

On November 2013, the Defendant provided the above private sports soil site to D, etc. on June 1, 2014, and managed and repaired the site seven times from around January 16, 2015 to January 3, 2015, where the Defendant received KRW 12,70,000,00 from the members of the member of the member of the member of the member of the member of the member of the member of the member of the member of the member of the member of the member meeting the result of the sports event, by exchanging dividends applying the dividend rate to the betting amount, and by designing and selling the betting amount of members of the member who failed to meet the result of the sports.

2. On September 2014, the Defendant violated the National Sports Promotion Act (reburial, etc. of gambling) regarding H site: (a) received a request from Busan Dong-gu to design and produce I and his/her name Buddhist boxes; and (b) received a total of KRW 14 million in cash as a price for production on two occasions around October 201 of the same year.

On November 2014, the Defendant made members enjoy money by predicting the results of various domestic and foreign sports games in Busan East-gu G 602 and the members who meet the results of the games are the betting money.
