Punishment of the crime

On October 25, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 8 months for the crime of attempted occupational embezzlement in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch, and the judgment was finalized on November 2, 2012. On March 27, 2012, the Daegu District Court sentenced two years to a suspended sentence of 6 months for fraud, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 3, 2012.

The Defendant deposited money in cash and filled in cyber money to conduct gambling at a gambling site, such as Twitter that makes refund in cash, and entered a ASEAN member for gambling. On April 2, 2010, the Defendant sent 100,000 won to the above gambling site via the Internet on the account number D (E) account in the name of the Defendant’s post office account, and deposited 10,000 won from the above gambling site’s account to 00,000 won, and then deposited 10,000 won from 70,000 won in the name of the Defendant’s bank account number D (E) and 80,000 won in the above gambling site’s screen and video, and distributed 20,000 won in order from 20,000 won in the name of the Defendant’s bank and 30,000 won in the name of 20,000 won in the name of the Defendant’s account from 208,018.
