The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The sentence imposed by the court below (eight months of imprisonment) is too unreasonable.

2. Determination: (a) The Defendant made a confession of each of the crimes of this case and made a statement that he is divided; (b) the Defendant appears to have committed each of the crimes of this case for the purpose of preparing living expenses, etc.; (c) some of the larceny crimes were attempted; and (d) the amount of damage from the other larceny crimes is relatively small; and (e) there are favorable circumstances for the Defendant.

On the other hand, there is a record that the defendant has been sentenced to suspended sentence of imprisonment and punishment one time due to the theft of the same law, the defendant committed each of the crimes of this case during the period of repeated crime for the same kind of crime, the defendant committed each of the crimes of this case in a planned manner, such as preparing tools to commit the crime, such as past past past the past the crime, and searching the place to commit the crime, the damage was not recovered at all, and the victims want the punishment of the defendant.

In light of the above circumstances and the fact that there is no change of circumstances in the circumstances to change the punishment of the court below in the trial court, and comprehensively considering the defendant's age, character and conduct, intelligence and environment, relationship to victims, motive, background, means and consequence of each of the crimes of this case, circumstances after the crime, criminal records, family relations, etc., the punishment imposed by the court below is proper and unreasonable. Thus, the defendant's assertion is without merit.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the ground that it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
