Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 2014, the Defendant received a lot of fees, clothes, and money from the D points of task in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, and from the victim E, “F real estate consulting business” to the victim E.
It is expected to receive KRW 500 million as a contribution.
As such, the cost of several million won in real estate business will be refunded to the profit.
