A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. In the number and medication of EXM (one name "EXP"; hereinafter referred to as "EXP") .

A. The Defendant from August 1, 2017 to the same month.

Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he purchased the X-mail, which is a local mental medicine, twice, and administered a total of 4.5 percent of the X-mail.

2. On October 11, 2017, the Defendant who received X-si import from the X-si import was prosecuted on the date and time of the offense in the indictment and around November 11, 2017. However, even though the prosecution was instituted on the indictment, it is obvious that it is a clerical error in the around October 11, 2017, it is corrected as above.

In the above defendant's accommodation, the X-gu 8.5 days after administration as referred to in paragraph 1-b) was distributed and concealed in the Defendant's destination 8.5 days, and then the above door was entrusted with air freight at the port of death in Thailand, and then the above door was boarded in the E letter aircraft departing from the above airport 16:10 (on-site view) of the same day, and arrived at the Incheon International Airport located in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government Port on the same day at around 23:35.

Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant imported the X-mail, which is a local mental medicine.
