Punishment of the crime

On June 3, 2013, at around 23:40, the Defendant driven B rocketing car with a blood alcohol content of about 0.110% under the influence of alcohol at a section of approximately 7km from the front of “the funeral hall of the Yancheon University Hospital,” located in the Dong-dong, Yan-gu, Yancheon-gu, Seoul, to the front of “the Yancheon Pancheon University Hospital Hospital” located in the same new-dong.
