A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a business owner operating "D" shop in Jung-Eup Si, and the victim E is an employee of the above shop, and the defendant and the victim have been living together for about three years.

1. At around 09:30 on April 3, 2016, the Defendant demanded the victim to return the Defendant’s scambling scams from the Defendant’s wife’s body to the close room. However, the victim was gathered, and the victim did not return the said scams, thereby causing the victim’s injury on the left side of the victim’s body one time, and caused the victim’s injury to the left-hand side of the scambing scam which requires approximately three weeks of treatment.

On May 1, 2016, the Defendant, at around 03:10, 03: (a) under the influence of alcohol at the same place as that of paragraph (1), and the victim respondeded to her speech, the Defendant: (b) expressed the victim’s desire to take a fluencing position, i.e., “S., f.s., where her body and body are in her arms and body”; (c) led the victim’s her body in her hand, led the victim’s head f.s., led the victim’s her head f.s.; and (d) continued to go beyond the floor of the victim’s face f.s., the Defendant took a f.m. side f., followed the victim’s side f., followed the victim’s f.s., and followed the victim’s injury, such as a f.m., f. 7-11th head f.
