Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 22, 2017, around 20:30 on February 22, 2017, the Defendant exchanged 4 of 000,000 won by “A request to exchange 20 ,000 ,000 ,000 ,000 ,000 ,000 ,000 ,000 ,000 ,000 ,000.”

However, the Defendant requested re-exchange of 5,000 won, which was prepared in advance on the left side without an intention to exchange normally from the beginning, by changing one of the original rights which was exchanged with each other.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received 45,000 won in difference from the injured party by re-exchangeing one ticket of 10,000 won.
