If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On September 29, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 2 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) in the Suwon District Court’s Pyeongtaek District Court’s House on September 29, 2008, and a fine of KRW 3.5 million on March 24, 2010 by the same court.

On February 20, 2016, around 13:50 on Pyeongtaek-si, the Defendant driven a Maz vehicle under the influence of alcohol content 0.086% while under the influence of alcohol content 0.086%, from the front road of Pyeongtaek-si to the front road of the 242 in Pyeongtaek-si Skib-Eup.
