Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 16, 2012, from around 11:30 to 12:27 of the same day, the Defendant held meetings in relation to the C&A partnership office located on the third floor of Guri-si B with the head of the C&A partnership office, the victim D, the head of the association, and the victim E, the general director, together with the F&A person in charge of the C&A, for the reason that the said association requested withdrawal of the application for an auction of the real estate owned by the Defendant, the said association found that “F corporation of the Republic of Korea has attempted to commit an illegal act,” and taken photographs of the victims by hand, such as Kamera and cellular phone, and obstructed the victim’s business by force, such as taking the Defendant’s cell phone phone with his hand to prevent the victim’s photographing, and destroying the victim E by force.

1. The victims of the assertion have committed legitimate acts such as interfering with the defendant's lawful exercise of rights as a member of the union, and the victim has not interfered with the work of the victims.
2. “In the crime of interference with business” in the crime of interference with business includes not only assault and intimidation, but also social, economic, political status, and rights, as all tangible and intangible forces capable of suppressing and mixing a person’s free will (see, e.g., Supreme Court Decision 2007Do2178, Jun. 14, 2007). In short, even if a person who is engaged in business is not directly exposed to a person who is engaged in business, it would make it impossible for the person to perform his/her normal duties by creating a certain physical condition that could suppress the person’s free will or behavior.
