1. Basic facts

A. 1 The reasons why the land was partitioned are as follows: B (hereinafter “B”) prior to the subdivision.

(2) The Defendant, on January 15, 1993, decided to hold a general meeting to divide D forest into actual owners, and divided D forest land into D forest land 14,496 square meters into D forest land and 144,496 square meters into D forest and 20 square meters for D and K or L on March 12, 1994.

B) The Plaintiff’s father R on June 21, 1965, was divided into two parts. B. The Plaintiff owned the ownership preservation on July 25, 1978.
