The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The sentence imposed by the court below (six months of imprisonment) is too unreasonable.

2. The facts that the Defendant made a confession of all of the instant crimes and reflects the mistake are considered favorable to the Defendant.

However, considering the fact that the crime of this case committed the crime of this case committed by the defendant driving a car in the road section including an expressway without a driver's license in bad quality of the crime, the defendant committed the crime of this case nine times or more including the sentence of imprisonment without a driver's license, and other various sentencing conditions specified in the argument of this case, such as the defendant's age, character and behavior, family environment, it is not recognized that the sentence of the court below is too unreasonable.

Therefore, the defendant's assertion is not accepted.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
