The distribution schedule prepared by the said court on February 12, 2020 with respect to compulsory auction of real estate G real estate in Suwon District Court Seowon G.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Industrial Bank of Korea, while lending to H (hereinafter “H”) the Industrial Bank of Korea, completed the registration of establishment of a collateral security right with respect to the above I ground K, Dong, L, Dong, M, and Dong building (hereinafter “H real estate”) among the 2,958 square meters in Pyeongtaek-si I factory site, J 902 square meters in size, and J 958/3860 square meters in size, respectively, and the above I ground K, Dong, Dong, and Dong building (hereinafter “H real estate”).
B. On December 18, 2018, the Industrial Bank of Korea voluntarily filed an application for auction of real estate with N in this court concerning H real estate, and this court rendered a decision to commence an auction of real estate on December 18, 2018, and this court G compulsory auction procedure (hereinafter “instant auction procedure”) had been proceeding with respect to H real estate existing.

Of the auction process of this case, the Plaintiff succeeded to the status of the creditor of the right to collateral security by taking over the loan claims against H from the Industrial Bank of Korea pursuant to the Assets Unitedization Act.

H’s real estate was sold through the auction process of this case. On February 12, 2020, this Court prepared dividends of KRW 1,322,89,712 among KRW 1,322,89,49,49, and KRW 16,623,640, and KRW 16,323,529, and KRW 165,895, and KRW 1987,487, and KRW 1987, and KRW 16,640, and KRW 16,323,640, and KRW 16,323,529, and KRW 14,69, and KRW 14,69, and KRW 5,65, and KRW 198, and KRW 14,65,00, and KRW 5,65, and KRW 198, and KRW 4,89, and KRW 4,00 to Defendant C (hereinafter “instant”).
E. On February 12, 2020, the Plaintiff stated an objection against the Defendants’ dividend amount in the instant dividend table, and filed a lawsuit of objection against the instant dividend payment on February 19, 2020.
