1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 21, 2013, the Defendants discovered two shot trees ( approximately 170cm to 180cm in length, approximately 55cm in diameter and approximately 80cm in diameter) at the market price of which the victim D was stored in the location, which were 300 years before the Chungcheong Mayang-gun in front of the Chungcheong Mayang-gun on February 21, 2013, and carried and drive the Eradice truck.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

2. On February 12, 200, at the same place as paragraph (1) on February 26, 2013, Defendant A, along with F and G, had 40-year pine trees ( approximately 170cm to 180cm in length, approximately 90cm to 100cm in diameter), about 59-year-old pine trees ( approximately 170cm to 180cm in length, approximately 55cm in diameter, about 50cm in diameter), about 40-year-old banking ( approximately 170cm to 180cm in length, about 50cm in diameter, about 50cm in length) and about 10-year-old cargo 10cm to 15cm in length, about 170cm in length, about 170cm in diameter, about 55cm in diameter, and about 10-5cm in 30cm in length, and about 10-5cm in 30cm in length and about 15cm in length.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with F and G.

3. At around 11:00 on February 21, 2013, Defendant B, via the road in front of the Defendant’s house located in theJ of the Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, and re-driving the Eradice truck without a car driver’s license in approximately 20km section from the front of the said Defendant’s house to the front of the said military road.
