1. In relation to the traffic accident listed in the attached Form (1), there is no longer the Plaintiff’s obligation to pay the mutual aid money to the Defendant.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Plaintiff is an incorporated association established for the purpose of providing mutual aid services under the Passenger Transport Service Act, etc., and is a mutual aid business entity of B vehicles (hereinafter “Plaintiff vehicles”) and C is the driver of the Plaintiff vehicle. 2) The Defendant is the driver of D vehicles (hereinafter “Defendant vehicle”).

B. On June 28, 2013, C driven the Plaintiff’s vehicle on June 14:05, 2013, and left the intersection of the Han-dong Han-dong Han-dong (hereinafter “instant intersection”) from the front city to the Han-do branch of the Han-dong, Seognam-gu, Yan-si, and the green signal.
