The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. misunderstanding of facts and misunderstanding of legal principles have not been imported in collusion with co-defendant A, etc. of the lower court.

Nevertheless, as the lower court found the Defendant guilty of this part of the facts charged, it erred by misapprehending the facts or by misapprehending the legal doctrine.
