Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B-to-car.

1. On September 20, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol by 0.120% of alcohol content in blood on September 20, 2019, and entered the said car from the old terminal room in front of the Gangseo-si 70 hill Station.

A person engaging in driving of a motor vehicle shall not enter the intersection if there is a motor vehicle driving along the intersection, and has a duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately manipulating the brakes and steering gear while well living before and after the intersection.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and went through the DST5 car driving by the victim C(21 years old) in the intersection, but as is, entered the intersection as it was, and the part of the Defendant’s car driving ahead to the right side of the damaged vehicle.

After all, the Defendant driven the said car in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of alcohol, and suffered injury to the victim C, such as salt of the racing, which requires two weeks of medical treatment, and injury to the victim E of the victim of the damaged vehicle (the 21 years of age), such as light dump, which requires two weeks of medical treatment.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.120% at the section of about 3 km from the G elementary school located in the above temporary border city F to the above accident site.
