1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant is a stock company that is established for the manufacturing of leather products, wholesale and retail business, etc. for business purposes and operates the said business.
B. On February 19, 2013, Plaintiff A and Plaintiff B entered into a consignment contract with each of the Defendant on May 1, 2012, under which the Plaintiffs sold products, such as the verbal brand trademark produced and supplied by each of the Defendant, and the Defendant would receive a certain percentage of commission fees from the Defendant for sales. From that time, Plaintiff A terminated the sales business on February 11, 2018, and Plaintiff B terminated the business on March 9, 2017.
C. The main contents of each consignment sale contract concluded between the plaintiffs and the defendant are as follows.
Article 1 [Sales and Personnel]
1. Place of business: it shall be limited to each of the defendant's stores located in Seo-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Gwangju (in the case of Plaintiff A), in the case of Plaintiff B;
2. Burial types: Single;
3. The sales are responsible for B (referring to the plaintiffs; hereinafter the same shall apply).
4. Eul shall make every effort to sell goods.
5. B shall employ employees necessary for sale with Gap.
6. Payments (such as wages, retirement allowances, bonuses, various allowances, etc.) to the sales personnel shall be made by Section B;

Article 2 (Management of Goods)
1. B shall maintain the adequate quantity or deficiency of the possession of the goods, and shall not hold them in excess of its requirement;
(c)the entry and exit of goods shall be based on the programme A (referred to the defendants; hereinafter the same shall apply) and shall be managed so as not to damage the goods supplied to the Party B;
3. The storage of commodities, etc. shall be kept in the packaging state (baco code, home , etc.) as at the time of their release from Gap;
Article 3 (Termination of Contracts)
