Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who obtained a second degree of kindergarten regular teacher’s license from March 1, 2016 to February 2, 2017, who served as a teacher in half-class of C kindergarten b in Daegu-gun of Si, Daegu-si.

On November 9, 2016, the Defendant had 27 young children, including D (son and 5 years of age), in the front of the above kindergarten on November 15:27.

In such cases, there was a duty of care to protect the originals safely by closely guiding and supervising all the activity places and situations of the originals in preparation for activities outside the presence of various risks.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected the above duty of care and completed the class prior to the entrance and directed the other kindergarten children who were in custody, and requested temporary guidance for outside play activities to E by the administrative staff who did not have experience in the guidance, and did not interfere with outside activities by negligence, which did not interfere with outside activities.
