1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On January 3, 2013, the Plaintiff was diagnosed as “the closure of the frame No. 2 in 2013, the scamball scambling scamscamscamscamscamscamscamscamscamscamscamscamscamscamscams, and was under the Defendant’s approval” due to occupational accidents.

B. On October 24, 2013, the Defendant decided on October 24, 2013 that the Plaintiff’s disability grade of the Plaintiff due to the foregoing accident as Grade 9 [Article 11 subparag. 7] of the Plaintiff’s disability grade (Class 12 subparag. 10) of the Plaintiff’s disability grade, and as a person who has a disability in the function of one section among the three sections of one bridge (Class 12 subparag. 7).

2. The defendant's defense against the defendant's main defense is defense that the plaintiff filed the lawsuit of this case after the lapse of 90 days from the date on which the plaintiff became aware of the disposition of this case, but it is not possible to recognize only the evidence No. 4-1 to No. 5, so the above defense is not accepted.
