A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 00:58 on August 1, 2020, the Defendant destroyed a property damage, such as: (a) on the part of the victim’s residence, the victim was her only fluence in the building B, and the victim’s D (the victim’s 43 years of age, fluence) located in the room; (b) on the part of the victim, the victim’s fluence head and the fluence fluence in the room, and then, (c) on the part of the victim, the fluence was destroyed and the

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the property of the victim who is not the market owner.

2. A special intimidation: (a) the Defendant, at the time, and at the place specified in the foregoing paragraph (1) above, brought the kitchen knife (20.5 cm in length, 13 cm in length, 32 cm in length) in the kitchen and brought about the victim with the victim, and (b) threatened the victim with the death of the worker. In addition, the Defendant, at the time and place specified in the foregoing paragraph (1) above, made intimidation to “the death of the worker.”

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

3. On August 1, 2020, the Defendant engaged in obstruction of performance of official duties at the same place as above 01:12 on August 1, 2020, and at the same time as above 01:12, “the family fighting has occurred. Women will report.” The Defendant assaulted the Defendant’s chest in the above F with his hand on his hand, i.e., the victim and the Defendant, separated from the victim and the Defendant, and investigated the circumstances of damage against the victim. In doing so, the Defendant committed assault to the F, such as “the victim is dead.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
