Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 14, 2012, at around 03:50, the Defendant received 112 report that taxi guests and Sivicers were in front of the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 45-14 on the street, and sent to the victim C (the police officer of the Dongjak Police Station B district) who is a police officer belonging to the Dongjak Police Station B district, the Defendant expressed “Ye, , , and ,” to the victim D (the age of 50) of the police officer belonging to the same police officer, “We, , , and path,” and the victim C, who was arrested as an offender in the act of committing an act of committing an offense in the district group, made a public insult of the victim C by speaking as the above big interest by the reporter and the police officer of the Dong Police Station B district.
