The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On January 19, 2016, the Defendant, at around 12:17, posted a written statement to “C”, which is a computer installed in the second floor data room of “B hospital,” and posted on the bulletin board of “Bamane”, stating that “Waman, even if not engaged in the medical field, is likely to have an interest in the field of medicine, she will have participated in the fields of medicine.” In addition, the Defendant publicly insulting the victim by openly fusing the written statement to “B hospital,” which read “C,” which is established in the second floor data room of “B hospital,” which is located in the front city, and posted on the bulletin board of “Bamane,” which is an anonymous bulletin board.

2. Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act, Article 312 (1) and Article 311 of the Criminal Act (Revocation of Complaints on August 5, 2016, which is the date of institution of public prosecution);
