A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 18, 2017, the Defendant driven a Drocketing car without obtaining a driver's license from the front side of the Edson Museum, which was located in the 393 Edson City of Gangnam-si around 13:54, to the front side of the East Sea Highway of the same city.
