1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 68,810,770 with the Plaintiff, and 5% per annum from July 8, 2013 to November 9, 2016.
Reasons
1. Occurrence of liability for damages;
A. Facts of recognition 1) Defendant B Credit Union (hereinafter “Defendant Union”)
(2) On July 2013, 2013, the Plaintiff is entitled to the instant building owned by the Defendant Association (hereinafter “instant building”).
2) Defendant C, as the vice head of the Defendant Union, is responsible for the management of the instant building’s facilities.
3) On the rooftop of the instant building, three transformation rooms installed with a high voltage of special voltage of 2290 voltss. At around 10:00 on July 8, 2013, the floor inside the substation was included in the scope of waterproof construction. At around 10:0 on July 8, 2013, Defendant C and Defendant E were listed on the rooftop of the instant building in order to view the construction progress, and the Plaintiff, Defendant C and E entered the transformation room to verify the part of the floor of the transformation room. Finally, the Plaintiff, and Defendant C and E were reduced electric power from the head to the power generation while the Plaintiff was in the process of causing injuries, such as electric 3 to 4-do electric visual images, fright bars, and fright bars.

B. According to the facts of recognition of liability, the Defendants, other than electrical experts, allow the Plaintiff, including the substation room, to perform waterproof construction on the rooftop of the instant building. The transformation room is installed with three transformationers with a high voltage of 22900 volts. In such a case, even if people’s body does not contact with electric wires with a flow of high voltage electricity, access from electric wires, etc. within approximately 90 cm by gaseous prior to gas. Thus, pursuant to Article 44(2) of the Enforcement Rule of the Electric Utility Act, the Defendants, who is the electrical manager of the instant building, perform construction at the transformation room, which is electrical equipment.
