The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. At the time of the crime of assault, the Defendant did not assault the victim D’s face.

Nevertheless, the judgment of the court below that found the defendant guilty of this part of the facts charged is erroneous.

B. The defendant actually drank a victim E-police station when the defendant gets a church signboard.

Since the accusation was lodged, the E-E dump dump was made at the church signboard.

” 라는 내용의 판넬을 게시하거나 지나다니는 사람들에게 “ 사모가 거짓말을 한다, 간판이 멀쩡하게 잘 붙어 있는데 마치 내가 부순 것처럼 경찰에 신고 하였다” 라는 말을 한 것이므로, 피고인이 적시한 내용은 진실한 사실이며 그렇지 않더라도 피고인은 이를 진실이라고 믿었으므로 허위사실 적시에 관한 고의가 없었다.

B. The Defendant: (a) did not comply with the corrective order to remove a church tower installed in a commercial building in violation of the Building Act even though the church operated by the victim was ordered to remove it; and (b) did the above act to indicate the truth solely for the interest of the residents of the commercial building; and (c) therefore, the Defendant’s illegality is excluded pursuant to Article 310 of the Criminal Act or at least constitutes a justifiable act, and thus there is no illegality

Nevertheless, the judgment of the court below convicting this part of the facts charged is erroneous in the misunderstanding of facts and legal principles.

The Defendant, at the time of the offense of insult, is a bad argue to the residents of this title (victim E), why he attends this church;
