The defendant shall be innocent.

1. The summary of the facts charged is that the Defendant connected to “B”, a smartphone-making app, and participated in the hosting room stating the title “C”, and promised to talk with the other party women in the conversation.

On April 12, 2018, between 06:10 and 06:37, the Defendant sent 250,000 won in return for sexual traffic to F, children and juveniles (V, 15) who met according to the aforementioned commitments, within the unit E of the building D in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju.

Accordingly, the defendant recommended F to sell sex to children and youth F.

2. In light of the following circumstances, the Defendant was aware that the F was a child or juvenile in light of the evidence duly admitted and investigated by this Court.

It cannot be determined otherwise, and there is no evidence to recognize it.

A. Defendant 2 had the age of the other party to sexual traffic in the above-mentioned app

A statement made by an investigative agency and there is no statement or evidence contrary thereto.

B. The nameless female and F, who responded to sexual traffic in the above hosting app, did not express to the defendant the fact that F is a child or juvenile.

F seems to have used a considerable part of the time when the defendant was the defendant.

F under examination by the prosecution, the body and face of F expressed in video recorded in the video recorded by the prosecution, and F was off from the Defendant’s vehicle, and was off from the Masck in the Mosel.

If the defendant knows that F is a child or juvenile, it is highly likely that F will not report to the police in this situation, and the defendant is a child or juvenile.
