Punishment of the crime

On September 4, 2014, at around 11:27, the Defendant embezzled KRW 170,000 from the cash payment machines in Yangyang-gun Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, by taking advantage of the head of the post office passbook in his possession, and by taking advantage of the fact that 1.7,00,000 won was deposited in the post office account (number B) in the name of the Defendant that was transferred to the person who was not aware of the deposit.
