A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

D. Unfavorable circumstances: The crime of this case was committed with dangerous objects, thereby causing injury to the victim, and is not suitable to the method of crime and the quality of crime.

The favorable circumstances are against the defendant's dignity while making a confession of all crimes.

The victim has recovered from damage and agreed with the victim, and the defendant has no record of punishment exceeding the same kind and fine.
