The judgment of the court below is reversed.

A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. In addition, the Defendant did not intentionally attach a fire by using a dog as set forth in paragraph (2) of the judgment of the court below.

B. The sentence imposed by the lower court (two years and six months of imprisonment) is too unreasonable.

2. Determination

A. In full view of the following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and investigated by the court below as to the assertion of misunderstanding of facts or misunderstanding of legal principles, the defendant can be found to have committed a fire as stated in paragraph (2) of the judgment below.
