A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
In the case of large discount stores, the Defendant committed a theft or fraud of goods by taking advantage of the fact that goods can be stolen or stolen by taking advantage of the fact that goods at a low-priced price may be stored more than the market price by removing bar codes of goods and attaching high-priced goods.
1. On June 26, 2013, around 18:25, the Defendant committed fraud and attempted fraud to an employee of the calculation unit, whose name cannot be known in order to purchase a racker 1 soldier and a bracker bracker, the damaged company’s ownership, at the home fracker new forest store located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Guro-gu.
