A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 26, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor and two years of suspended execution due to fraud, etc. in the Incheon District Court's Branch Branch Branch of the Incheon District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 3, 2013.

However, the defendant did not have worked in D, and even if he received money from the victim, he thought that he would use it as marriage expenses and living expenses, etc., and he did not have the intention or ability to make investments in D's Pyeongtaek Military Base Corporation or to make profits.
As such, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim as above; (b) caused the victim to open an account of 100 million won to the Agricultural Cooperative (G) in the name of the victim used by the defendant on October 25, 2008; (c) around September 30, 2008; (d) around December 15, 2008; and (e) around December 15, 2008, 200,000 won to the money of KRW 100,000,000,000,000 won to the money of 30,000,000 won to the money of 5,000,000 won to the money of 5,000,000 won to the money of 10,000,000 won to the money of 5,15,200,000,000 won to the money of 5,201,5,200,0000.
