Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On March 14, 2014, around 00:50 on March 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was arrested as a flagrant offender at the front of the Busan Coast Guard, which was located in Busan Coast Guard C, and (b) was able to take four times on the large glass of the entrance and exit of the police box, which was 9cm wide in width, in order to stop the arrest of the captain E as a flagrant offender.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers related to prevention, suppression and investigation.
