All appeals filed by both the plaintiff and the defendant are dismissed.

Expenses for appeal shall be borne individually by each person.

The purport of the claim and appeal is the purport of the appeal.

1. The grounds for appeal by the plaintiff and the defendant citing the judgment of the court of first instance are not significantly different from the allegations in the court of first instance, and even if all evidence submitted in the court of first instance are examined, the fact-finding and judgment of the court of first instance

Therefore, the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance except for a partial change as follows. Thus, it is acceptable to accept it as it is by the main sentence of Article 420

2. The part of the trial of the court of first instance, in which the "sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub

On the third side of the judgment of the first instance court, the "this Court" shall be applied to the "court of the first instance".

On the fourth part of the judgment of the first instance court, the "means to install a dangerous sign or fence on the side" in the 19th part of the judgment of the first instance court shall be taken into consideration as follows: "The location and boundary of the outflow reduction hole shall be maintained so that pedestrians may safely walk the surrounding area of the outflow reduction hole so that pedestrians may safely pass through the outflow reduction hole."

On the 5th judgment of the first instance court, the term "this court" in the 13th to 14th judgment shall be amended to "court of the first instance."

On the 9th judgment of the first instance court, “the first instance court” is added in front of the “Seoul National University” in the 10th judgment.

3. As such, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted within the extent of the above recognition, and the remaining claims shall be dismissed for lack of reasonable grounds.

The judgment of the court of first instance is just in its conclusion, and since the plaintiff and the defendant's appeal are without merit, all of them are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
