A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around November 2010, the Defendant committed a crime against the victim D, who became aware of the victim D while operating the “F” at Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, and began with the victim from July 2012. Around June 2013, the Defendant promised marriage with the victim’s attending a family meeting of the Defendant.

Around July 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stated that “F” at the main point of the “F” as “F, the Defendant would try to operate bbregnbbling Paris while operating F; (b) Paris is necessary to lend materials to the bregnb; (c) golding.”

However, since the defendant did not operate Parisba, he did not use the money received from the victim as material cost, and was expected to use the money to repay his personal debt, and even if he borrowed money from the victim due to a large amount of debt already borne, he did not have the intent or ability to repay it.

As above, the Defendant, as well as by deceiving the victim and immediately transferred KRW 1.5 million, received 3,9530,000 from that time until June 11, 2014, and acquired 3,9530,000 from that time, as shown in attached Table 1.

B. On February 22, 2014, the Defendant: (a) stated that “F” at the main point of “F” as “F,” the Defendant would use a credit card and settle the amount of credit card use on the settlement date.”

However, even if the defendant received a credit card from the victim, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the credit card user fee.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, used the national card in the name of the victim from “G” to “G” to use KRW 42,000 on or around February 23, 2014, and did not pay the amount equivalent to KRW 1,377,200 with the national card of the victim over 11 times from October 17, 2014, as shown in attached Table 2, and did not pay the amount.
