Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who believed to be a female witness, did not enlist in the army without justifiable grounds for the lapse of three days from the date of enlistment, even though the Defendant received a written notice of enlistment to be enlisted in the Army Training Center by November 3, 2014 at the Defendant’s residence located in the Busan Seo-gu B, 6 Dong 102 on September 4, 2014.
