Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On December 1, 2008, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million by the Changwon District Court due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On December 22, 2019, at around 09:29:29, the Defendant driven an Echip vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 2 Km in the section of about 0.037% from the Dchip to the Dchip road located in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si.
