2. 경찰관 G에 대한 공무집행 방해 피고인은 2018. 2. 17. 04:14 경 충남 홍성군 홍성읍 충서로 1254에 있는 홍성 경찰서 수사과 1 층 복도에서, 홍성 경찰서 E 지구대 소속 경장 G 등이 제 1 항과 같은 사유에 따라 공무집행 방해죄로 현행범인 체포된 피고인을 수사과 유치장으로 인치 하기 위해 호송하자, 술에 취하여 오른발로 위 G의 왼쪽 발목을 1회 걷어찼다.
