A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On December 29, 2012, at around 14:55 on December 29, 2012, the Defendant driven a car in a state of alcohol concentration of 0.136% in a 5m alcohol level at a parking lot in front of the Kim Young-gu, Kim Young-gu, Seoul, which is located in the intersection, Kim Young-gu, Seoul.
