1. Of the judgment of the first instance, the part regarding Defendant E, including the Plaintiffs’ claim extended by this court, is as follows.
Reasons
The reasoning of the judgment of this court, which cited the judgment of the court of first instance, is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except where the corresponding part of the judgment of the court of first instance is used as follows.
