Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a rocketing car.

On December 15, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car at a section of about 500 meters from the Seo-gu Seo-gu Pyeongdong-gu to the Standing Road located in the same Gu-dong route, while under the influence of alcohol at around 00:23, the Defendant driven the said car from around 00 meters from the 0.201% of alcohol concentration.
