1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. The previous names A and B were named “G” and named “B” on August 30, 2005.

E. In the instant public sale procedure on April 8, 2013, the Defendant sold the instant real estate to L&C Auction Co., Ltd. in KRW 795,160,000, and received the full payment of the sales price on the 19th day of the same month, and distributed on May 14, 2013.
