Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 2, 2014, the Defendant, at around 04:00, reported that women C were able to take a bath in a restaurant without a trade name in the city forest market located in the city forest zone in Busan, which is located in the city forest zone, and had them go beyond the floor by making a breath of a victim’s breath, on the ground that they were able to take a serious bath and talk with each other.

As above, the Defendant assaulted the victim and caused the victim to suffer from the injury of the abandonment to the right-hand side of the number of days of treatment.
